An old design I did back in the day for Gabriel Gilmour’s release, Mantra. Some simple digital drawing, but I still dig this one to this day.

One of my favourite designs I’ve done for Kelsey’s band! White and red have become quite a theme for us. Maybe it’s just my love for the White Stripes style.

Tour poster for Rufous Whistler & Possum! I had a great time drawing all these Aussie botanicals and birds. Trying to go for a bit of an early gardening magazine vibe.

Couple of designs I didn’t end up using for a DJ night I was part of in the Melbourne CBD. I dig the designs though, were fun to work on.

Do you need to have lofty dreams when making art? Do you need to hold on to the dreams you had when you were young? Do you have the capacity to market your music?

Just questioning a few things in my head on this episode.

Some more tests with digital ink in Affinity. Excited to continue doing some stuff like this. Keeping things simple and focusing on the grit and grime textures.

I will say, it can be hard to listen back to older music of mine, mainly due to my own voice. But I love looking back at the artwork for old projects.

This one was a lot of fun. Learning how to 3d model (poorly) and figuring out how to recreate a zoomed in microscopic vibe to the image was challenging and super rewarding.

I don’t touch 3d much at the moment but I’m sure there will be more in the future.

Trying to get back into using my drawing tablet as much as possible for a few projects, so thought I’d try this simple inked concept.

I love the colours on this one, and that font is wild.

Had a rubbish week last week, but was weirdly productive at the same time. Thought I'd talk about that. Trying to have the self awareness to know when a depressive episode will pass in due time.

Look back a poster design for Kelsey Jean & the Bad Health. Definitely going for a retro 70’s style with a lot of stuff for the Bad Health. Good chance to try some new ideas.

An ode to collaboration.

Had a ripper of a time putting this one together. Pretty simple piece, but a lot of fun to make it physically. I melted some candles over a bust and edited it all together.

Took some inspiration from the game Blasphemous for it.
