Tabletop Blog 3 - Sticky green fingers

I tried green stuff for the first time! Results are certainly a little janky, but I'm still very happy overall.

The reason I got into fantasy miniatures was actually because I played the video game, Blasphemous. I've always been a big sci-fi nerd, but fantasy had to be really, really dark for me to get into it. Blasphemous reminded me a lot of Diablo and what I love about those sorts of settings. I realised that I would have a lot more fun converting, kit bashing, and collecting random miniatures and sending them on adventures than trying to build armies of Space Marines.

And so, I had to make a character inspired by Blasphemous, which this first green stuff guy is. Up close, he's pretty wonky but from afar, looks great.

I've also kit bashed a bunch of other minis recently and here they all are. Mostly head and weapon swaps but my sorcerer had their head replaced with a chaos symbol which I love.

And lastly, I made up some free DnD tarot' cards from Miscast to add more flavour to my tabletop games. I've only recently discovered Trent (Miscast) but my goodness, this guy is such an inspiration. Not only for tabletop but just his creativity in general. And he's an aussie! So fucking cool.

That's all for now. Might be a minute until the next update but I've got some more down time this coming month so hopefully will find a cool project to sink my teeth into. Or finish my album. We'll see.
